Could be listed as EUC because there isn't that much wear evidence but there is some that naturally comes with sweater dresses and everyone see things differently. Washed in plant based detergent without fragrance. My daughter was in size small when we purchased this medium. So for us it ran on the smaller side. Coming from a smoke free home.
