The is a mint colored tulle Gap skirt with good waist band and dots. I inspected the skirt carefully to see if there were in pulls in the tulle but could not find any. The pic shows it a bit darker than it is. It is a light mint color that will be great for spring and summer. Just the right amount of flow and twirl for your sweet one.
