These are brand new! Came in a bag with no tags attached. They are like the ultimate summer shoe!! Rubber bottoms and straps with velcro closure. There's a little glue residue on one strap. (Manufacture) see third picture. When I purchased these, they sent me the wrong size. It says size 23 on the bottoms so it's like a size 7. Measures just over 6 inches from toe to heel.
