Description

This is the prettiest dress! It is smocked on the bodice and has big ruffles over the shoulders. Each side of the waist has two straps that tie in a knot on each side. It has buttons on the top in back and is fully lined. The dress is listed in GUC due to slight signs of wash and wear along with a tad of fade. It also has a couple of barely there pulled threads and a couple of inches where the hem stitching has come undone (see photos.) We also have this in size 18-24 months.
