Description

Precious special occasion dress that would be great for Christmas, holiday, or weddings.
Black velvet bodice is accented with a cream colored bow that has a jeweled circle around its center. Bow goes into an adjustable waist ribbon. The top is sleeveless.
The skirt is black and off white plaid. There is a tulle under layer.
No damage that I noticed.
