Measurements were taken with the garment(s) laying flat. Shirt is Aprox 12 1/2 inches long, 10” pit to pit. Skirt is aprox 9” long...The waistband is stretchy so it would fit there and if it’s too short I could prob use legging under ( May be chilly out anyway). If you have anymore questions just let me know! I ship same/next day :)
