This is an costume outfit for your fur babies or it can be worn on a teddy bear or doll. It is Disney's Winnie the Pooh and super cute! It has Pooh's face in the hoodie and yellow all over with a red shirt and “Pooh” written on the back. It would fit a very small dog. We bought it for a Pomeranian but it was too small. So I would say, for very small dogs.
