The Sleeves have a Single Pleat. The Back has a Tuxedo Button Belt. Snaps at the Crotch/Saddle for easy changing convenience.

Size 9 Months. 65% Polyester 35% Cotton. NWOT. Has 2 Tiny small spots, not sure where it came from, Photos 3 and 4. Not Noticable unless you are Really Looking for it.
