Vintage hand stitched white cotton baby dress most likely made in the Philippines. The dress features elaborate embroidery on the front of the dress. The collar and sleeve cuffs have scalloped edges. 3 small mother of pearl button closure on the back of the dress. 

No size tag but estimate it to fit size 3-6 months, please see measurement photos
