Stunning sky blue Karla Lacayo for Vive La Fête “fine hand smocked children's wear” dress with vibrant orange floral print, smocked bodice, Peter Pan collar with yellow scalloped trim and hand tie bow on back. VGUC because of age but it's truly in fantastic shape! Such a great quality piece. No size on tag but measures like a girls size 5/6 and fits my 6.5 year old well. Measures 13” pit to pit, 29” shoulder to hem.
