Amazing soft, thick vintage true red velour dress. Dress has some stretch. This is quality velour, not at all like modern day velour. This would be adorable for holiday photo.

Length is 19”, which puts it at 18m, but because of stretch I think this could go up to 2T.

Not pets, smoke free home. Clothing washed in original Tide, no fabric softener.
