So pretty! Beautiful and classic. Lovely smocking with pale pink & white flowers. Ruffle lace hem with bow accents. Sold to me as a 3 (dress appears to be handmade and does not have a size tag) but I think it runs small. Measures : Lgth: 16 in. Chest 7.5 in. Waist 10.5 in. Please measure prior to purchase to insure correct sizing. Listing as GUC do to age- no flaws noted.
