This takes me waaay back. I think this item is most likely from the early 90s, but possible the 1980s. Either way, it is adorable and such a standout piece.
This bubble features images of a puppy and kitty on the front. Background color is a pale yellow with turquoise shoulder straps.

This romper has snaps for diaper changing.
The brand is “Cute & Sweet” and the size is 12 months. As with most vintage, it runs a little smaller than 2021 sizing, so keep that in mind.
