Adorable vintage dress with lovely details. Possibly handmade and done with meticulous care. Super sweet collar, buttons and print. Colors are just lovely. Pair with saltwaters or Mary Janes for a sweet classic look. No tags - measures 11” underarm to underarm and 20.5” from shoulder to hem with a few inches of hem to let out if desired. (No fade line.) I would say this could fit 3/4. I ship daily and will always communicate if that won't be the case! ❤️
