Vintage OshKosh B'gosh Sailor Bear Dress. Toddler girl size 2T. USA made. Casual short sleeve collared dress. Navy blue with off-white and dark pink. Pocket has adorable nautical teddy bear and collar has flowers and stars. Light mark on collar (see photo; untreated), but no other flaws noted. Matching shirt (also 2T) available separately!
