Stunning Gold Metallic & Ivory Formal occasion dress with double layer circle collar, 3/4 length bishop sleeves with ruffle cuff and sheer lace cuff trim. The multi-layered and gently pleated skirt features a solid top layer trimmed in crimped gold at the hemline, with a sheer lace layer peeking below. The crinoline underlayer gives volume to the skirt and contains a surprise hidden bell that gives a charming ring when the wearer moves about.
