Description

Blue and white striped seersucker dress with floral embroidery. Rosette and ribbon detail, grosgrain ribbon border and buttons at each shoulder. GUC for a spot on one of the ribbons and a slightly yellowed spot near the grosgrain border and some loose threads on some of the embroidery, please see pictures.
