The most beautiful petticoat we've ever owned! Absolutely gorgeous vintage, tiered, lace slip with adjustable straps with ribbon detail. Would say (based on length), it's best between 2t and 3t. Play condition for being vintage—spots here and there, and ribbon on one strap could use repair (pictured), but it doesn't affect wearability. My daughterwore under vintage dresses and it offers the perfect amount of fullness! (Also not itchy, according to her.) Amazing for Easter, weddings, or any special occasion.
