Pink and blue floral dress with lace trim. Silk bow in front and ties in back. Button closure. This is the sweetest piece by vintage Canadian brand Kotton Kandi. Tag says 3, but fits much closer to a 2 so I listed as such. Some fraying at edges of bows.
