Vintage Handmade (by my Grandmother is the 1960"s)
Knit Fabric (Red/White/Blue)
One Piece
7" inseam 17" top to Crotch 23" waist - Maybe a 2T (?)
Jumper/Dress
21" top of shoulder to bottom 12" arm pit to arm pit - Maybe a 4/5 (note loose inseam)

Also note that one section of the buttons were never sewn on (they are safety pinned) which leads me to believe the clothes were never worn.
