Description

Girl's vintage 80's Kandy Ann party dress. The dress is a red lightweight poly/cotton blend with white lace trim. It has a high collar and Edwardian inspired ruffle detailing on the chest and shoulders. The dress has short, puffed sleeves. It buttons to the waist in the back. There is an attached belt that can be tied in a bow. There are two layers of ruffles along the hem.

The dress is in need of a few minor repairs. It is missing one button. There are a couple of small areas where the trim could be reattached and some spots where it is fuzzy. The elastic in the sleeves is crunchy.

The size is no longer legible, but I believe it's a 5 or 6
