Classically beautiful maroon dress that features a deep cream top with floral print and maroon accent piping. Base of the dress is maroon and pleated that leads to extra fun for twirling! This dress was made in the USA by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Dress also has a tie at the waist that can be tied in the front or around the back. Vest is removable and thus giving way to more versatility. No signs or rips or tears. In fabulous vintage condition!
