Item Description: pale yellow or off white, flocked dress with built in crinoline.
Size 12 (child) STH 38 1/2-39” PTP 16-16 1/2” WAIST 14”
Condition: EVC flocking looks great, no flaws noted.

Smoke/Pets: no/yes however I do not know about previous owner. No smell noted beyond slight vintage storage smell.
