Gorgeous Gap dress from spring 2001! Marking VGUC because of age but there is very minimal wash wear or fade. Tie in the back is functional, so fit can be adjusted. This dress is HTF—and I can see why. It's just so pretty. The skirt is full and the back is great. Matching bloomers.
