Vintage Florence Eiseman for Neiman Marcus velour dress. Beautiful navy velour, Peter Pan collar, zipper on back, diamond shaped sash around waist. Currently has a raw hem, can be altered to any length you want. One small spot on white wrist trim, see pictures.
