There is a small light yellow stain on the back as pictured. Most likely this would be covered by any skirt you were wearing over the petticoat. Also, although the elastic at the waist does have some stretch, it is not super tight elastic, and slender girls may find the fit to be too loose (elastic could be replaced if necessary). Finally, there is only one hanger string for hanging on a hanger in the interior of the garment. I assume the other hanger string fell off. This does not affect the fit or appearance of the garment at all; it is just an issue if you choose to hang the skirt on a hanger. (You could still use the kind of skirt hanger with clips to hold it.)
This is a vintage petticoat. No date, but I'd guess it was made in the 1980s. The brand is You Babes. Size 14
Cute eyelet lace on the bottom of the petticoat that is designed to peek out from under a long skirt. Little House on the Prairie vibes.
