High lace neck

This could be worn as a top or dress w/leggings
P2P 14 1/2” length 24” sleeves 20”

I've added pictures of the discoloration on the sleeve and around the waist where the belt bled into fabric
I have not attempted to stain treat or have it dry cleaned
