Sailor/Puritan-like collar, white with white & black-!: polka dot ribbon and cherry appliqué, 2-button back closure, puff short sleeves, ribbon ruffle on hem in red & white polka dots and black and white vertical stripes, body is a textured fabric with white background, cherry/apple/strawberry print in green & red.

Collar has some slight discoloration, untreated.
