Vintage knit romper made in the USA in the 80s or 90s—before Carriage Boutiques moved production to the Philippines.

Cream color body with pink sleeves, feet, and trim at turtleneck.

I'd estimate this is about size 0-3 mos based on measurements, but please check against measurements below (and in photos), and feel free to ask for any clarification prior to purchase.

8.5” armpit to armpit
10” down center of neck to top of inseam
6” inseam with another 1.5” to bottom of heel

Good condition because of the light color, and possibly some yellowing by the left armpit—hard to see!
