Incredible 80's red plaid party dress from Hi Girl's Inc. The dress is a lightweight poly/cotton blend. It has a rounded white collar with matching plaid trim. The dress buttons down the back and has an attached belt that can be tied in a bow. The skirt has 3 layers of flouncy ruffles on the sides. It would make a great back to school or Christmas dress.
