Vintage ivory Victorian prairie blouse in a woven pattern with lace details. Has a high neck and a peplum waist. Hand tailored by a seamstress in the 70's. Feels like cotton - very soft and lightweight. No stains or holes but one tiny pull on a sleeve. Women's size Small with measurements below.
