Adorable vintage Healthtex one piece swim suit. With built in diaper/diaper guard? This is vintage so I'm not entirely sure if the 'diaper layer' is supposed to function as a diaper or just fit snuggly to hold in what would have been the cloth diaper layer.

Tag is cut out. Please check measurements. From my research I am calling this a 6 month swim suit.

Small amount of staining on white ruffle in back. Otherwise I see no issues. Diaper are appears very clean.
