This is a true vintage dress, so please understand that it does show age and wear. There's some tiny pin 🧷 holes on the left side (circled) and it appears that a tear was repaired in the back, at the waist. It's still super adorable! I'm guessing the size is around 12-18 months but please compare (approximate) measurements! Pit to pit: 11” Shoulder to hem: 16”
Pictured on my 3 year old; it fit comfortably on her but obviously too short. 😅
