Girls' kelly green frilly dress from the 80s with a large white collar and white lace trim. It has a full circle skirt perfect for twirling. It buttons up the back and has an attached tie belt. There are vertical bust darts

Size - Labeled Size 10 but please check all measurements to insure fit
