Adorable 1970's vintage cardigan. Made in Italy. Most likely 2T-3T. There is no size in the label, however, the photos will show you the measurements. Pastel colors including pink, green, yellow. Embroidered girl in sundress and hat picking flowers with her basket. Heart detail in the knit. The buttons sparkle like gemstones. They are made of plastic with rhinestones inside.
