The perfect pale pink VV shirt! The whale is “flip” sequins.

Sadly, my daughter never wore this—tags removed but never washed, just hung in her closet. Noticed a small mark in back near shoulder (see photos), but have the slightest idea what it could be. Probably something that got on there when she was trying on. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Untreated, but why this otherwise new without tags shirt is listed in very good condition.
