Likewise, the comfortable EcoCush footbed is made from 25% bio-based foam derived from sugar cane. The signature waffle sole is made from an all-new eco-rubber compound. It is made from responsible natural rubber instead of petroleum-derived synthetic rubber. This new natural rubber compound is designed and engineered to maintain the grip and durability Vans has been known for since '66.
