This is such a beautiful unique top. I believe it's vintage 90's. I just bought it and Sadly it's just too small for me. Its a thicker material without being heavy. Beautiful colors like maroon, red, olive, green, yellow, black. It has bubble sleeves , it's a cropped wrap top that can be worn many ways- straps can be twisted at bust, wrapped around neck and back , cris-crossed, etc. Ide say it's for a xs-small(best) and maybe a smaller medium,2-6. Bust up to a 34D. Can be dressed up fancy with a skirt or tight black leggings with a clutch or go more casual with baggy jeans and chunky wedges.
