OK, these aren't technically maternity shirts, but that's what I used them for! They fit right up until the last month of pregnancy but were ESPECIALLY great for nursing. Buttons make for easy access and the loose fit is comfy on a post-partum body. 100% cotton. For reference, I'm usually a size 4, 34C and these feel very oversized when I'm not pregnant, so I'd say they run large, which is typical for Madewell. No trouble buttoning them up over giant postpartum boobs.
