In play condition. This has been well played with but is so cute. Ruffled top that is super stretchy. Super frilly tutu skirt. My daughter did spill chocolate ice cream on it so there are stains around the waistband as pictured. The skirt ruffles do have some snags and a spot where there is a hole as shown in photos. Wings have to elastic loops for arms. There are holes in the wing fabric. Smoke free home.
