@carrie hi, I’m not sure what it is exactly that happens but I’ve have several Tea pieces marked “3-6m” but are in fact very different sizes. I’m not sure if it’s a sample sale or what but this runs as a 6 in girls.

Size tag says 3-6m but it is the same size as a 6y top. Not sure why the tag is labeled that way. Feel free to ask for measurements.
