This is the cutest dress with a bit of a nautical vibe. It has big ruffles up and over the shoulders. The dress has a rather large area of discoloration below the neck, a spot that looks like marker, and some stains on the back. The side seam and a sleeve seam are also a bit twisted (see photos.)
