New Waves Border T-shirt Dress from the Portugal destination. The border on this dress evokes everything wonderful about a trip to the shore. Short sleeve dress in a muted blue shade with sea shore scene of water, birds and sun. GUC/VGUC for a faint spot on the sun. There might also be some fading.
