The polka dot leggings bring a whole new look to this Lucy and lightens up for wear more throughout the year as well. Layer with a cardigan or I absolutely love this with a sheer black layering top underneath - such a cute set! Can ship ASAP!! These plat leggings are nearly impossible to find and new at that!
