This hot pink tulle tutu has various sized sequin hearts scattered all over it. It is in great condition except for a few sequins missing from the edge of one of the hearts on the front (see photo.) The skirt is a size 1-2Y and laid flat it measures 8 1/2” across the waist and it is 9” long.
