Never worn but I noticed a spot under the tutu as shown in last photo. I think the black print from the letters transferred onto the under part somehow.
It's very cute but not outstanding quality honestly. The bodice is soft and stretchy and reminds me of LulaRoe. Ordered from an online boutique. I paid $17 plus shipping.
