Description

Purchased secondhand for my daughter “in case” we needed something dressy but we never got to use it. No visible stains/tears, but there are a few loose threads here and there that I don't think would be visible when worn. I discovered after purchasing that the blue bow at the waist was safety pinned in place, so I had to sew it on- I'm not an expert so I'd consider it a temporary fix (but it did withstand laundering). Per manufacturer, size L fits 12-18m; to me it looks to be a longer length for that age range.
