Description

cozy ruffle sleeve sweatshirt. It's not heavy weight so great year round. Some light spots, mild wash wear and the cuffs are dingy. One cuff has a seam separated but it doesn't cause an actual hole. The last photo shows the cuffs folded up once to hide imperfections. See photos. It still looks adorable and perfect for school. I'm 60% sure it's Navy blue and 40% on it being black 😂
