Handmade no brand. Halter top tulle party dress style. Beautiful black and gold Christmas tree print with gold polka dot on black tulle. Great craftsmanship with the gathered skirt under the tulle and gathered back for extra flare and flounce. I got this in a bundle of 4/5 custom Etsy dresses. No size marked so measurements included — note length measurement starts at the top of the bodice. So fun for that last minute holiday party , photo shoot or even into News Years! Very Good used condition
