Polka dot smocked bubble with ruffled bottom. I feel like this is in good condition with the exception; small hole on the chest under the button as shown in the last couple of photos at different angles. Also the chest appears slightly faded above the smocking & I'm very critical so it appears that way on the ruffles. Honestly I'd say it's ok with it for a casual park day or beach day, it's super cute, but gently loved.
